We’re diving headfirst into an exciting new chapter, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to share it with you. Let me tell you how it started a year and a half ago. After interviewing Danielle Turner for an Operations Assistant role, she did something out of the ordinary. The next day, I received an email from her with a full deck of social media strategies tailored for Monyok Leadership. Her note said, "I thought you'd like to see what I can contribute to your business. I hope you choose me, but if not, I hope you use these anyway."
Think about that for a moment. Danielle wasn’t even hired yet, and she was already thinking strategically about how to elevate this business. She didn’t just tell me she was capable—she showed me, with a level of initiative and creativity that blew me away. Talent talks, and Danielle spoke volumes. She was interviewing for an assistant role, but she was already thinking and acting like a leader. That’s the kind of mindset I knew I wanted for my team. And now, I’m betting big on her as we announce our newest venture: Monyok Marketing.

Meet the Director of Marketing: Danielle Turner
Danielle has worked part-time for Monyok Leadership over the last year and a half as our Operations Assistant. She designed our marketing strategies, encouraged me to start Rise + Grind, and even began facilitating training on marketing tools for our clients.
Danielle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Leadership Education from the University of Illinois College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, with a focus in marketing. For the last several years she has owned and operated Turner Virtual Solutions, a virtual marketing and administrative support company which will be absorbed by Monyok Leadership. Danielle and her husband, Luke, are foster parents to a beautiful little boy and they work alongside Danielle’s dad on the Brown Family Farm.
This partnership is one that is right for our businesses and our families. From the get-go, Danielle has shown incredible talent and dedication. She’s strategic, detailed, and creative—everything you want in someone telling your story. I trust her completely to lead this new division and provide you with top-notch service.
