Monyok Marketing Debuts

Sometimes you have to go all in and make bold moves. That’s exactly what we’re doing at Monyok Leadership. We’re diving headfirst into an exciting new chapter, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to share it with you. We're betting big on expanding our services to better support your business, because we know this is what our clients need.

Let me tell you how it started a year and a half ago. After interviewing Danielle Turner for an Operations Assistant role, she did something out of the ordinary. The next day, I received an email from her with a full deck of social media strategies tailored for Monyok Leadership. Her note said, "I thought you'd like to see what I can contribute to your business. I hope you choose me, but if not, I hope you use these anyway."

Think about that for a moment. Danielle wasn’t even hired yet, and she was already thinking strategically about how to elevate this business. She didn’t just tell me she was capable—she showed me, with a level of initiative and creativity that blew me away. Talent talks, and Danielle spoke volumes. She was interviewing for an assistant role, but she was already thinking and acting like a leader. That’s the kind of mindset I knew I wanted for my team. And now, I’m betting big on her as we announce our newest venture: Monyok Marketing.

Your business partner.

We’re not just adding services; we’re diversifying how we support your business. Monyok Marketing, will be a division of Monyok Leadership. Meet the Director of Marketing: Danielle Turner

Danielle has worked part-time for Monyok Leadership over the last year and a half as our Operations Assistant. She designed our marketing strategies, encouraged me to start Rise + Grind, and even began facilitating training on marketing tools for our clients.

Danielle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Leadership Education from the University of Illinois College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, with a focus in marketing. For the last several years she has owned and operated Turner Virtual Solutions, a virtual marketing and administrative support company which will be absorbed by Monyok Leadership. Danielle and her husband, Luke, are foster parents to a beautiful little boy and they work alongside Danielle’s dad on the Brown Family Farm.

This partnership is one that is right for our businesses and our families. From the get-go, Danielle has shown incredible talent and dedication.
