It is what Annie heard every single day growing up. It is what she says to her kiddos before they get on the school bus. It is how she tries to live her life. It is the foundation upon which she is building this business.

Be good: It means to have integrity, to be honest, to take ownership of her mistakes. It means to have kindness and intention in her heart.

Have fun: It means to be silly, to laugh at the chaos of life, to join the Nerf wars with her boys. Leadership is important work. Annie finds joy and fulfillment in the stewardship.

Do your best: It isn't always about getting it right. But, it is always about getting it going.

This adventure means to be the wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, leader, professional, executive, and business owner who honors these values.

Danielle was raised on her family farm and the values of hard work and determination were instilled in her at a young age. Her life has been nothing short of a wild journey with ups and downs that have taught her to never take the small things for granted in life.

Work hard: Get the job done, but do it right. Overdeliver and always have a customer-first mindset. Danielle values honesty and determination in all areas of her work.

Play harder: Live life to the fullest and never look back. Take the trip, eat the dessert and always make time for your people. Danielle loves hard, and that is evident in everything she does personally and professionally.
