Leadership Out Loud is a 16-hour course for first-time and front-line leaders. This course focuses on overcoming the hurdles associated with transitioning from peer to leader. Leaders focus on how to set expectations and learn to hold their employees accountable. This course encourages new leaders to engage in conversation about expectations with their managers and align their individual vision and direction with the larger organizational strategy.

The Feedback Formula

Providing open and honest feedback is an essential element of professional development. We know employees do not give their best effort when they feel undervalued and unappreciated. The Feedback Formula solves for unknown variables of feedback. This training is for leaders that know the importance of feedback but are missing part of the equation.

The Craft of Coaching is a 16-hour course designed to help leaders pivot from having all of the answers to empowering their employees to find the answers. Leaders learn to recognize spontaneous opportunities for coaching and leave better equipped to apply a variety of coaching tools to inspire growth and personal accountability within their team.

The Gap Hack

The Gap Hack is a leader’s guide to managing across a generation gap. Millennials are quickly making up the most significant part of the workforce, and more are entering every year. Now, as Gen Z makes their mark on the workforce, many leaders find managing across the Generation Gap difficult. The Gap Hack, educates leaders on the work characteristics of each generation and communication tools that work for each!
