For first-time and front-line leaders. This course focuses on overcoming the hurdles associated with transitioning from peer to leader. Leaders focus on how to set expectations and learn to hold their employees accountable. Leaders will learn:

How to set expectations + hold others accountable.
How to identify what motivates your team members.
How to give effective feedback.
How to navigate conflict and not sacrifice relationships.
